RN Clinical Director - Home Health

NOW HIRING an RN Clinical Director at Care IV Home Health's Fayetteville, Arkansas branch! Our Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Director will oversee the skilled clinical services and field staff covering Benton, Carroll, Washington, and Madison County. This is a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse with excellent leadership skills, a positive proactive personality, and strong clinical nursing skills to excel within our organization. Our RN Clinical Director divides their time between managing branch operations in the office and working in the field. Position reports to our Director of Clinical Operations. Competitive salary based on experience.

Note: This position is responsible for skilled nursing, therapy and related branch operations. Private duty services will be handled by a separate team and will not necessarily fall under the responsibilities of this position.

Duties include, but are not necessarily limited to:

  • Orienting new field staff
  • Supervisory visits & training in the field
  • Monitoring OASIS & skills competency of nursing staff
  • Conducting weekly case conferences
  • Managing daily branch operations
  • Attending continuous education, training and leadership meetings
  • Tracking, trending and reporting of clinical data
  • Actively participating in and promoting the growth of the branch
  • Other duties as assigned

Required skills and experience:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license that is active and in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
  • Experience and strong working knowledge of OASIS assessments, Medicare rules/regs, and home health nursing required
  • Excellent leadership skills with previous experience managing a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency preferred
  • Strong clinical nursing skills and the ability to lead & orient an interdisciplinary team (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Social Workers, OT/ST/PT, etc.)
  • Proficient with computers, able to learn specialized software, and comfortable using smart technology (iPads, iPhones, etc.)
